Product Description

GIRONET pneumatic clearing equipment is widely used worldwide for the cleaning and maintenance of warehouses storing various industrial materials. With an outstanding team of domestic and international technical experts, we will design or provide you with scientifically sound solutions tailored to your specific conditions and needs for warehouse cleaning.

This includes warehouse cleaning operations in industries such as cement, steel, energy, mining, lime, and food. It is a modern, safe, and efficient pneumatic warehouse-cleaning device. The equipment uses compressed air and operates via a high-performance pneumatic cleaning motor paired with a robust, specially designed aluminum articulated arm. The device is installed atop the warehouse, allowing personnel to access the interior of the warehouse by controlling the special aluminum articulated arm and the pneumatic cleaning motor—without needing to enter the warehouse itself.

Main features:
  • Safe and efficient, No personnel need to risk entering the warehouse interior for mechanical operations. Depending on the powder characteristics, the maximum cleaning rate can reach up to 100 tons per hour.
  • Lossless warehouse Clever design and precise positioning ensure no damage to the silo walls or linings.
  • No need to halt or suspend production. The equipment operates from the top of the warehouse, so you don’t need to halt or stop production.
  • Economically reasonable With a one-time investment, just 1-2 people can efficiently complete installation and warehouse cleaning tasks.

Our application cases

Cleaning warehouses is a daunting and complex task. Using traditional methods—where workers enter the warehouse manually to carry out operations—is extremely dangerous and prone to safety incidents such as material collapses, dust-induced asphyxiation, and workers falling from heights.

In the cement industry, according to incomplete statistical data from the Hefei Cement Design Institute, there were more than 20 inventory-clearing accidents at cement plants between 2007 and 2010—making this type of accident the most frequent and common safety hazard.
In the context of increasingly stringent safety requirements in production, to avoid the risks mentioned above, factories must seek safer and more effective solutions for warehouse cleaning operations.
