Cement products are industrial goods made from cement-based binders through advanced processing techniques. Thanks to their ability to be molded into desired shapes and sizes according to design specifications, they boast excellent physical and mechanical properties, low energy consumption, corrosion resistance, long service life, minimal maintenance requirements, and significant savings in metals and other raw materials. As a result, these products have found extremely widespread application in construction projects across China’s urban and rural areas, industrial and mining enterprises, agricultural water conservancy systems, as well as in energy, transportation, communications, and municipal infrastructure development, yielding remarkable social and economic benefits. To meet the growing demand for concrete and cement products driven by the rapid development of the national economy and improving living standards, the industry has relied on technological advancement and innovation. Through the concerted efforts of the entire sector, not only has the pre-mixed concrete industry achieved substantial growth, but also considerable progress has been made in the development of new products. According to incomplete statistics, there are currently about 5,000 pre-mixed concrete stations (plants) nationwide, with a designed annual production capacity reaching 1 billion cubic meters and an actual annual output of 600 million cubic meters. In cities such as Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, Shenyang, and Dalian, the volume of pre-mixed concrete used has already approached levels seen in economically developed countries.
